The hit dance series show, “So You Think You Can Dance,” is starting their season six auditions. Just this past week they have announced the cities and dates the series’ sixth season will take place.

Auditions for number 6 will start on May 28 (a Thursday) in Boston, and the show’s producers will continue the show’s search for America’s top dancer June first in Atlanta; June 12 in Los Angeles; and July 24 in Salt Lake City.
Other cities will be announced soon.

Auditions for the sixth season of “So You Think You Can Dance” will be held as at the following:

Boston — Thursday, May 28 —Hyatt Regency Boston, One Avenue de Lafayette, Boston

Atlanta — Monday, June 1 — Woodruff Arts Center, 1280 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta

Los Angeles — Friday, June 12 — Orpheum Theatre, 842 S. Broadway, Los Angeles

Salt Lake City — Friday, July 24 — TBA

*However, information may change. For the latest Season Six audition information, people who wish to try out should log on to fox.com/dance. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. at each venue.
People traveling to cities for the open calls should make arrangements to stay for at least two days after their initial audition in the event of a callback.

Contestants must be at least 18 years of age and less than 30 years of age. Any person who is a minor in their state of residence must also have a parent or legal guardian sign all forms and documents. Check fox.com/dance for full eligibility rules.

Dancers looking for inspiration can tune in to the “So You Think You Can Dance” Season Five two-night premiere Thursday, May 21 (8-10 p.m. ET/PT) and Wednesday, May 27 (8-10 p.m.) on FOX.
