I’m 16 and I’ve been doing ballet for about 10 years. I’m 5’6″ and weigh 44kg. I used to be able to eat what I wanted and never gained weight so I was Naturally skinny. But recently my body is changing so I need a few tips to keep my ballet body that I have.
What would be a good daily diet that would give me all the nutrients I need but still keep me slim for ballet?

Cut out cakes and biscuits most of the time, make sure to eat at least 5 a day and not too many fatty / starchy foods. Theres no set diet that would be good, just a healthy one
